As Thanksgiving nears (it's tomorrow already!) I'm reminded to reflect on how grateful I am for where I am in my life right now. It's true what they say - you can't be mad and grateful at the same time! I've outlined a very simple Gratitude tip below - try it and see how it makes you feel.
2020 has been a challenging year for most of us! So many twists and turns and surprises coming at us in such unexpected ways. Who knew that the real estate market would just take off during a pandemic?! I'm certainly not complaining about being busy in such an unprecedended time - but seriously - who knew?!! Just goes to show you the Universe works in very mysterious ways.
Now - on to that Gratitude Experiment - Take some time right now to list 3 things you are truly grateful for. It can be anything - from being able to breathe to having food on your table to being able to read! I know there are 3 things you can be thankful for! This is an excellent way to start your day AND finish your day before heading to bed. It only takes a few minutes and I promise you - if you do this morning and night your life will change! Download & print up a few of these Gratitude Sheets to keep track of what you are Thankful for. (Simple Tip - try this out for 21 days to create a new Gratitude habit!)
Goals - with 2021 fast approaching - I'm reminded of business plans, goal writing and dreaming! (We'll get to the dreaming in just a bit). I'm happy to say, my business plan is done for 2021! Which means I need something to hold me accountable to hit my numbers and achieve the goals I have set.
